Storage Services

The Company provides storage services, including but not limited to personal storage, business storage, vehicle storage and other related storage solutions as described on the Website. Any specific storage agreement or licence you enter into with us for a particular unit or facility will apply in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed storage agreement, the storage agreement will prevail for that facility or service.

Bookings, Payments, and Fees

By placing a booking or reservation through the Website, you warrant that the information you provide is true, accurate, and complete. All prices, fees, and charges displayed on the Website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and may be changed at any time without prior notice.

Your booking may be subject to additional terms, including payment schedules, security deposits, late payment fees, and other charges as set out in your storage agreement or in our facility rules. The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any booking at its sole discretion, including where payment has not been received or where incorrect information has been provided.

Use of Storage Units

You agree to use any storage unit or space strictly in accordance with applicable laws, our facility rules, and any storage agreement you enter into with us. You must not store prohibited items, including but not limited to: illegal goods, flammable or explosive materials, hazardous substances, live animals, perishable goods (unless specifically agreed), or any items that could cause damage, nuisance, or risk to the facility, staff, or other customers.

You are responsible for ensuring your unit is locked and secure at all times and for maintaining appropriate insurance for items stored in the facility. The Company does not provide insurance coverage for your stored goods unless expressly stated in writing.

Access and Facility Rules

Access to the facility and storage units may be subject to specific opening hours, security procedures, and identification requirements. We may change access hours, implement additional security measures, or temporarily restrict access for maintenance, safety, or operational reasons. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of any material changes or disruptions where practicable.

While on the premises, you agree to follow all safety instructions, signage, and directions from our staff. You must not obstruct access ways, misuse equipment, or engage in any conduct that may endanger others or damage the facility.

Links to Other Websites

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Website or any part of the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

Termination of your Website access does not automatically terminate any separate storage agreement you may have with us, which will be governed by its own terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any damages that you might incur, the entire liability of the Company and any of its suppliers under any provision of these Terms and your exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you through the Service or 100 AUD if you haven’t purchased anything through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, loss or damage to stored items, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, or failure to meet any duty of good faith or reasonable care), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer

The Service is provided to you “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, the Company, on its own behalf and on behalf of its Affiliates and their respective licensors and service providers, expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Without limitation, we make no warranty that the Service will meet your requirements, be compatible with other systems, operate without interruption, be error-free, or that errors will be corrected.

Neither the Company nor any provider makes any representation or warranty that: (i) the Service or its content will be available or accurate; (ii) the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free; (iii) the information provided through the Service is current or reliable; or (iv) the Service, its servers, content, or emails are free of viruses or other harmful components.

If you are an EU consumer, you will benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.

United States Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country; and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

Severability and Waiver

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be modified and interpreted to accomplish its objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Waiver

Except as provided herein, the failure to exercise a right or to require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party’s ability to exercise such right or require such performance at any time thereafter, nor shall a waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Translation

If these Terms have been translated, the original English text shall prevail in the event of a dispute.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days’ notice before new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
